After leaving Twitter to work as a consultant for Node.io, a new kind of database, Soto launched Sotoventures Media which functions as a community for entrepreneur education. Soto believes in the power of a good leader and strives to encourage startup entrepreneurs and sales reps alike to break their own barriers .
